The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm is owned by Ato Esmael and his family, and was established for the express purpose of growing specialty coffee in a socially responsible manner. Situated in the southern part of Ethiopia, guji zone is known to have a flavour characteristics distinct from the rest of the region.

This coffee has flavour notes of: Forest honey, blueberries, violet, lime & milk chocolate.
