You should wait for at least 15 minutes under the hot water for easy removal of the dead layer of skin or you should wait just till be sweated in the steam room and sauna. Try to keep the water temperature as long as you can withstand.

At the end of 15 minutes, test whether the dead layer has been peeled off with your fingers on your arm. If your skin still looks oily and slippery and does not peel off easily when rubbing with your hand, wait another 10 minutes.

Use the bath glove as if wearing a glove before scrubbing the whole body with gentle movements. Gently dip from bottom to top to remove dead skin

Armpit, neck, bikini area and inner parts of calves are more sensitive than other parts of the body. Gentle and soft when peeling these areas to avoid skin irritation.

Do not use the bath glove for facial cleansing after using it on your body.

After the peeling process is done, you can purify the dead cells by exfoliating your face with a teaspoon of Turkish coffee.

After the scrubbing is done, hand wash the mitt in hot water with soap. Try not to place the bath glove side-by-side with other bathroom accessories to avoid contact with any shampoo or soap.
