How to use:
Place the kneel mat on dry and even floor and kneel on the kneel mat.
Place the assembled abdominal wheel in front of you.
For beginners, place the abdominal wheel near to you.
For intermediate/advanced trainers, place the abdominal wheel further from you or any distance as you wish.
Stabilized yourself and push the abdominal wheel in the forward position.

Important: make sure to push forward in the direction of the arrow shown on the cover. Otherwise the abdominal wheel might be damaged and do not work properly.
When you feel you cannot push forward any more or when you feel that the abdominal wheel reached the maximum resistance distance, roll the abdominal wheel back to your original position.
Repeat this process as many times as you wish
